A server-level WordPress hack — virus removed, admin access restored, and a clean one-page website rebuilt from scratch. All done as an emergency recovery.
Shubham Enterprises came to us in an emergency — their WordPress website had been hacked at the server level. The virus had embedded itself deeply enough that it couldn't be simply removed with a plugin. On top of that, their WordPress administrator access had also been compromised, locking them out of their own site.
We went in at the server level through Hostinger's control panel, identified and removed all malicious files, cleaned the database, and restored administrator access. Once the environment was clean and secure, we rebuilt a clean one-page WordPress website for the client.
Shubham Enterprises went from a compromised, inaccessible website to a clean, secure, functional online presence. The recovery was done without data loss and the new site was live within the agreed timeframe.
